From what i'm seeing there's a problem with their database and recovery might take a while or they might never come back, as far as i can tell.

i don't connect BTW‘s site ，it 404，why，who can tell me，the email tell me some time is not login，must login，but i can‘t，it 404，not found，

You can't just force into a site thats down, can't you understand, juz because of your personal request do u think the site will come back? Just wait till the site comes back, thats all you can do, they must have there own problems, let them resolve, may be as DonCorleoneTI said they won't come back, there is nothing you can do, juz be patient and for mastitorrents, it is also down but they stated they will be back you can go visit their facebook page http://www.facebook.com/MastiTorrents
