rareshare.me is a nice tracker for British tv andradio shows, it has some pretty rare old/classical stuff!
and as far as I know it is open now - you don't need invite...
I have found immortalseed, icetorrents, and IPT to have a decent selection of British TV. They may not have all that you want, but I think the selection is decent.
