    bitspyder account help

I have an account I am almost certain is in good standing on bitspyder, but I am having issues accessing the account. My computer has been logged into bitspyder ever since I created the account, and today I accidentally logged out and can't remember the password to get back in. I have tried their password recovery option, but can't figure out how to use the IRC channel. Is there other way to recover the account, or am I stuck at this point? Thanks.

    Hi imagedezach,
Here is the Bitspyder guide to password recovery and their IRC guide

I've lost my user name or password! Can you send it to me?
I've lost my user name or password! Can you send it to me?

Please use this link to enter our IRC channel and ask an admin to reset your password. wait till they are around if you do not get any response.

Introduction & Quickly Connecting to Bitspyder's IRC Network
If you wish to chat with other Bitspyder members in real-time, look no further than Bitspyder's IRC channel ! You have two options:

    - Web client on browser like Kiwi IRC or Mibbit.
    - Desktop client of your choice on your computer.

If you are going to be regularly visiting our channels, you will find using your own IRC client easier and more convenient.

Please note that if your site nick starts with a number you will not be able to use that as-is on IRC as IRC does not allow for this. You need to either choose to put a _ , ` or similar in front, use a letter to replace it or to spell out your nick in full. For example "2nick" or "_nick" on IRC.

    IRC clients available so far

    Windows:
    mIRC
    HexChat
    IceChat

    Mac:
    Colloquy
    LimeChat
    IRSSI

    Linux:
    HexChat
    XChat
    IRSSI

Connecting information and registering your nick

No matter what client you'd use or even online irc connecting clients/services, you'll need to know these info and commands.

    IRC Server: irc.p2p-network.net
    Port: 6667 (7000 (SSL) SSL)
(Note: If using SSL, remember to add + to the port number (+6697) for mIRC.)
    Channel: #bitspyder

When connected to the server, Simply use the command /join #channel to join the channel.

Registering your nick allows you to "reserve" your nickname so others may not use it.

The first time you join the p2p IRC network, you will want to register your nickname with NickServ. To do this, type:

    /msg NickServ REGISTER password email

Replacing password with any password you wish and the email with your email.

If the command completes successfully, NickServ will protect your nick by requiring a password when you attempt to use it.

The next time you log into IRC, you won't be automatically recognized by the NickServ system. You will need to identify yourself to the server. You do this by typing:

    /msg NickServ IDENTIFY PASSWORD

This is everything you need to know about using IRC. If you have trouble with the NickServ system, type:

    /msg NickServ HELP

To join a channel simply type this simple command

    /join #channelName
masonos, underscore and FraMeSToR like this.

    You cannot reset password.

#BitSpyder is: BitSpyder - The Site is on "autopilot", owner has abondoned site and staff has (with good reason) stopped caring. There are NO invites here, and you CAN'T recover your password and/or account.

Yeah there is no good replacement for this tracker. Bitme is garbage and has shitty staff who ban users for no reason.

Yeah there doesn't seem to be a replacement tracker.
There are some DDL websites though, so you can try those
