A known soundtrack and classical tracker
I don't think trackers ban entire ip ranges unless your from a banned country that is.
You should make a habit of clearing your cookies and cache every day, you won't be able to store passwords in your browser this way but this is a good thing, if you can click on a bookmarked tracker and you have access without logging in then this is bad and means your not clearing your cookies and cache properly.
You could also be overlooking something simple like logging into trackers by your phone, your phone ip address may never change depending on the provider you are with, and also browsers on phones are like any other browsers, they need to be cleared of all info once a day too.
In ipv4, it changes each time the packet passes through a router or similar. So they will probably see your isp's mac address or if there is something in between.
If you use ipv6, the originating mac address is also present in it.
In anycase, its always possible to get the client install something that transmits the mac address to you. what.cd has a firefox plugin I think. Maybe they take out mac addresses as well?
This seemed interesting too: http://www.qualitycodes.com/tutorial...ernet-Explorer
What.cd is pretty harsh, so I guess LZTR is the same way. I'm also on a dynamic I.P. and I'm on my 3rd what.cd account so take that for what it is. Take the advice from post101 and you should be fine. I'd use a totally different browser though. Clearing your cookies and cache daily isn't a bad practice entirely, so it's up to you if you want to. For me I don't think it's necessary except for at least once before you get a new account.
dyljones m8 why are you so ... Well I don't want to offend you...Man for god's sake you was banned 8 times , you are insane or..??
Please your IP and Mac address really doesn't matter, different username, password and e-mail so as behavior will help you, and you could even power up your router to change IP...
You just don't pay enough attention, one of my friend here says "you should know everything when you go to dark side.."
And he was totally right...

My guess is first 8 accounts he didn't clear his cookies and the 9th time he uninstalled and reinstalled the brpwser which doesn't delete any settings (including the cookies) and got banned again.
