Hi all,

I managed to get a invite to a tracker I have been after for a while from a different tracker. Had loads of accounts disabled from there.

Was on for 4 hours but was disabled.

Went to irc and mod strted asking where I got invite, told him, then he asked how many accounts I needed. 9 he said.

I know I had signed up about 5 times but not 9.

Question is how do they know?? Have dynamic IP and changed username and email address and followed all tips from here.

are you clearing cookies and cache in your browser?

if the answer is yes then are you posting on tracker forums?

mods can tell who you are just by your habits, same words not spelled correctly and so on

same seedbox?
Though they dont ban seedboxes as far as i know.

Two things come to mind.

1. Your IP address is in the same range as before. Slightly different isn't good enough. You probably need to change ISPs
2. Some trackers will let you keep an account just to track your progress. If you have an account on your new IP that you had before, they could be tracking you based on this.

could be mac address of your network adapter too.
Since you were banned 8 times already (maybe 5 were yours and 3 other people with same ip range), they just got you from your ip range.
