The tracker's announce url can be anything, the site will auto change it! (but keep it to just one line)

Yes & no, no because it's not necessary. Just put anything and upload the torrent. Then once its on the site you download it. The torrent file you get from the site will have your key embedded in it and you should be able to start seeding after your client hashes the torrent.
