Introducing TI's Official Giveaway and Competitions
Fellow TI members, its time for another announcement from my side, so just sit-back and relax, change into your 'comfortable' nightdress, grab a bottle of your most exquisite wines while I work down my magic...
You know its that time of the year again when gifts are distributed to the "loved ones". Might as well add another gift to your collection for the staff at TI aswell has been working their ass off the last couple of days organizing a small Christmas - New Year's show for our fellow members here, who celebrate this so festival of lights and carols. So, after some major efforts from our staff member TheTrader, we managed to arrange a couple of competitions and giveaways. Gathering from whatever we had lying around, we managed a decent collection to giveaway, consisting of FTN, a couple a seedboxes, upload credits, invites to some mid-level trackers and what-not. Yes, an FTN , now I will pause while the rest of you mentally masturbate over this news.
The FTN will be given away as a reward to our giveaway competition, to the member who organizes the best giveaway in the coming month.
We at TI have also decided to introduce a seedbox competition, offering two seedbox slots of 500GB each, to be given for a period of two weeks as a reward to our activity competition to our most active member on-site and on our IRC network.
The second slot will be given to the member making the maximum contribution in terms of tutorials and tracker reviews thus helping us expand our knowledge base on TI.
I would personally be offering another seedbox to a member of choice on the basis of staff discretion. Now why I chose a seedbox is, due to the fact that at this time of the year there is a heavy demand for those. High level trackers opening around the corner, tons of freeleech, you need backups and storage basically there is every reason to get a box. So, this holiday season I got your back (though for the all the female members I would be concentrating on a totally different area)
So, if all goes well we will be coming up with such giveaways and competitions more often. Though, this holiday season all I expect from you guys is to flood the forums with posts and threads and fill our IRC with the spam.., talk about the things that bring joy to your hearts, about the recent ongoing news or even vent out your holiday frustrations. I want to see each and every one of you there this time ;)
