and it would take a while wouldnt it? dont paypal withdrawals take a week to go into the bank? then you gotta pay the guy through mb which im guessing would take a few days?

what you are saying might be a lot of hassle, but this is not what i had in mind,
the idea is, let say if it was you, I sand you 22$ to your paypal as a gift, which takes a second and then you send 20$ through your moneybookers to the guy,
its a win win situation and can be done in less 5 mins
