i think Tuvix might. Either way, you will need to pay a setup fee.
I have both, but online tries to get you to if u go over your allotted bandwidth in a month. i rarely go over 10tb on mine, but i do about 30TB on my SYS

We do not have seedboxes on online.net servers but we do have dedicated servers in the Online.net datacenter iliad in France.
The bandwidth is not as good on shared seedbox on the iliad location so you best take a look at our offers on the website for shared seedboxes.
