I have been using these guys for a month and I enjoy it. Speeds are good. Max as been 40MBps average is in the 20's on new torrents.
Comes with rtorrent/rutorrent, SABNZBD-SSL, FTP SSL, root access.
They also have dedicated servers. Good prices on those too.

I tried this box a couple of month ago and its the worst I have tried so far. the speeds are so bad. the max I could get was 12MB/s up and down. rutorrent always crashed whenever I paused a torrent. customer support was ok though but rude. Bubbl3 was really helpful and polite, however the other guy was so rude and he insisted that rutorrent did not crash but it crashed. Speeds are nowhere near a 1Gbps box. pretty much like a dedi 100Mbps
