Ok, so I had two small accounts on meggafast.com, 75gb, unlimited 1Gbit line. I was for me and one was for a friend. I only used it as it seemed to get good speeds with a public tracker I also use. I registed the 2nd account for my friend 8th June (this month). Today I got a txt from her saying she can't get into her seedbox, I went to check and it wouldn't let me in either. So I logged into the control panel and her seedbox had just disappeared.

I messaged live support and this is how it went down...
Only a few quid lost but the whole tone of the guy made me angry. Zero customer service skills obviously didn't wanna sort the problem out. Don't even bother with them, I'm guessing from the way he handled the issue he's about 15 years old.

Support: 0/10
Maturity: 0/10
Likelihood of your account disappearing after a 14 days of use: 9/10

@zachemya I remove the quote message. Never posting in public so many infos from paypal, emails, ips, usernames, passwords etc for your own safety

All of that info was useless. No emails were included in the chat, username was just my friends name! Paypal transaction ID is useless to anyone but me, IP addresses were their public IPs, passwords were randomly generated and of no use now.

EDIT: To people who missed my post basically they were sarcastic and implied I was lying that I had ever had the account. When I told them if I was gonna scam them I would have tried for a dedicated server, not a 75gb of shared hosting but that wouldn't be needed anyway as I already had 3 other dedi boxes elsewhere! They then got defensive and told me to relax, I told them I was relaxed and they were the ones being sarcastic. They then just said "ok good bye" and disconnected the chat.

Also i whould suggest you picking some known seedboxes companies which are around for some years , this will save you time and money

It was for others to see exactly how this "company" talks to their customers, I think people who are shopping for seedboxes would be interested to read.

I don't care about the £3 I lost - that's nothing. 1 seedbox was only used for public trackers and the other so a friend could easily download things (and search for torrents via the search function in rutorrent) so I don't have to do it for her anymore. So anyone out there who is using them I advise you to go elsewhere when your next billing month is up unless you want to be spoken to by an obvious teenager who thinks that their system couldn't possibly be wrong despite an extra paypal payment appearing a week after the previous payment and not being able to explain why that was not the payment for the missing seedbox account which dates matched.

Sadly I have to confirm they are scammers.

• I (stupidly) paid up front in advance for a 12 month subscription.
• Forty eight hours later the account is rejecting my password. on the Seed box page, FTP login & Client account web page.
• No email contact, nothing.
• I found a page with a password reset link and used it to at least get a look at my account page.
• It states account "Suspended for overduue payment".
• I doubly checked my credit card account & of course I have indeed been billed for the full amount.
• Whilst still logged I open a support ticket calmy explaining the facts & politely asking reinstatement of my account ASAP.
• No response. Zero.
• Kiss the money goodbye..
  

Fortunately I used a single use C'Card so they cannot keep rebilling fraudulently indefinetly.
