I have a seedbox and a server there and they are verry good
With Tuvix for more than 1 year now ... has to agree that its network performance and reliability are good.
But its support is lacking ... especially billing related issues.
Last week, its billing system wrongly issued a due invoice and then suspected my service.
Then I found out that it was due seedbox migration works performed last Nov.
The billing system took the new seedbox installed date as the start date,
instead of the old seedbox's prepaid 3-mths subscription duration (one month later).
In doing so, suspended my service one month earlier, accusing me of no payment.
5 days passed, everyday I sent an email requesting for service restoration but to no avail.
No one in the team bother to investigate and report status.
The best part was, the billing system automatically issued a service suspension on a Friday.
Guess what, their billing team operates on a 5-days week.
That guarantees a minimum outage of 2 days (over the weekend).
No one is around to look into your issue.
Leaving customer in the lurk, due to one's own (automated) billing issue (not updated properly after migration works),
and not attending to the issue promptly after being informed, is not acceptable to most people, I guess.
If support and service uptime are of utmost importance to you, you may wish to reconsider this Tuvix seedbox provider.
Update:
They finally resolved the issue towards the end of the 2nd week (~13 days).
And extended the subscription by roughly the duration of downtime.
If you are particular about up-time (seedbox availability), you have to think seriously about Tuvix.
I got a server from them asked for refund after learning it was less than what they said it was. when speeds are maxed out at 50Mbps when they say it's a "full duplex 1GB"
like really not even 24hrs after buying did i ask for refund instead they blame me for the speed not being what it should be when i test it before installing anything on it. a simple speedtest.cls (oh thats not a reliable test)
then they said by opening a claim with paypal that i would be charged for the time it took paypal to sort it out
paypal sided with them stupid considering i gave them proof up the a$$
lets just say considering i had set up a OVH and had tested it same way and it was better i think i know what i was doing.
i hope nobody ever gives this company another $
they can all burn for all i care. $60 i never got shit out of.
they locked the server when i asked for refund and reported to paypal. so even if i wanted to use it i could not. hope this helps someone avoid this crap excuse of a host.
oh and when my home speed was better then the server that's sad, http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5424417984
It went to shit... not working anymore.. Karma is beautiful.
