    Biohost.info [Sept 2011]

    Note: The account took about one day to setup due to some temporary problems. They were short staffed the last week.

    Just wanted to post that they advertise an Account setup of under 6 hours. At about the 7th hour I sent them a support ticket asking for them to setup my account. It is now hour 14 and no response to the ticket and my account is not setup. I checked the main site maybe 3 times over the last 14 hours and the LIVE support which is supposed to be available nearly all day, has always been offline. This is very disappointing.



    I have been a former customer from about a year ago. They advertised something like 12-24 hour setup and it took 48 hours. Response to tickets for the first 4 days did not happen. It was a horrible experience for a person new to seedboxes. Now they did have good speeds and good pricing. So I'm giving them another try. They have claimed to have much more positive and active people behind the service, but so far I haven't seen anyone.

    ewwwww Torrentflux, dude there are 1000 other providers to choose from and you chose biohost? it took them a 4 days to setup my account & only because i sent a dispute through paypal.

    Same thing happened to me. And they got mad and told me that I could not dispute it because they dont guarantee that they set it up in a certain amount of time :3

    So far my first few days with them has been as they have claimed. They have become much more responsive and helpful.

    Hi, we do offer RuTorrent and Deluge and we warn all torrentflux users that they will have a better overall experience with them over torrentflux. To those of you who had a bad experience with us send me a PM and we can work something out, either a free week or two of rutorrent depending on how your account was dealt with,

    As for the first post I apologize for it but I was in the hospital for a few days and when I'm not around it seemed my older staff tended to pee around instead of getting work done, once again I am deeply sorry for this. Get ahold of me for some credit and I'll be more then happy to offer it. Also we have changed and improved quite a bit in the last few months, and will be offering people the chance to review our services now and post a new review on how we are now a days compared to before.

    Apparently from what I've heard BioHost has been having problems in the past and are trying to change the way they do business. I hope this is true and wish you guys the best of luck in your future endeavors.
