The rapper stars alongside Sandra Bullock and John Malkovich

The trailer for Machine Gun Kelly’s latest acting project Bird Box has been released – and it’s terrifying.

Bird Box is the latest horror film from Netflix, which stars Sandra Bullock, John Malkovich, and Moonlight actor Trevante Rhodes. Admittedly, MGK has a blink-and-you-miss-it appearance in the trailer, but handily Netflix created this meme for fans.

Bird Box is based on the debut novel by Josh Malerman, which details a post-apocalypse world where a disease is spreading across the population, inflicting people with terrifying visions.

MGK has a few acting projects in the works. He is also appearing in upcoming Captive State, Big Time Adolescence with Pete Davidson, and The Dirt with Tommy Lee. He is also currently filming an as yet untitled film with Jamie Foxx and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

MGK also appears to be working on a collaboration with Lana Del Rey after she posted a short clip to her Instagram account.

Machine Gun Kelly was recently been the focus of a highly-publicised beef with Eminem. The two rappers produced multiple diss tracks targeting each other, despite the pair sharing the same producer.

Bird Box is released on Netflix on December 21
