The song has been released to coincide with the launch of his new adidas Originals clothing line

Stormzy has released a new track called ‘Line’ – watch the video for the clip below.

The song has emerged as part of the Croydon MC’s ‘#Merky’ collaboration with adidas Originals, with a new line of clothing set to be released tomorrow (November 30).

Ahead of the clothing launch, Stormzy has dropped a new one-minute track called ‘Line’. The clip for the song, which was directed by Kaylum and shot in London, sees the MC cycling through central London with his friends, before he’s later seen performing the track as the group dine on takeaways in the dining room of a grandiose manor.

This is the first new music to emerge from Stormzy since he was confirmed to be the first headliner for Glastonbury 2019. The MC will headline the Pyramid Stage on the first night of the festival next year (June 28).

Stormzy is also expected to release the follow-up to his acclaimed debut album ‘Gang Signs & Prayer’ in 2019.

Earlier this month, Oxford University responded to Stormzy’s claim that his scholarship programme for black students was initially rejected by the academic institution. The Stormzy Scholarship will instead help prospective students who want to attend Cambridge.
