In addition to comparing celebrities to civil rights activists in the deposition for a court case concerning an altercation with a paparazzo, Kanye West explained just how far he thought photographers were willing to go to take pictures of him. In the same deposition, according to TMZ, the rapper posited that paparazzi could fly drones with cameras attached to them over his house. Recently, West and wife Kim Kardashian allegedly decided to sell their L.A. home because they realized photographers could shoot them from the street.

"Is your daughter stalked by, like, drones?" West asked the paparazzo's lawyer, Nate Goldberg. "Are there drones flying where she's trying to learn how to swim at age 1? Wouldn't you like to just teach your daughter how to swim without a drone flying? What happens if a drone falls right next to her? Would it electrocute her?"

Although TMZ doesn't detail Goldberg's side of the conversation, it appears as though the lawyer tolerated West's theory long enough for the rapper to suggest just how a paparazzi-drone-electrocution could occur. "Could it fall and hit her if that paparazzi doesn't understand how to remote control the drone over their house?" West asked.

Another TMZ post about the deposition detailed Goldberg's line of questioning about a lyric from West's "Flashing Lights," "I hate these niggas more than a Nazi." When the lawyers asks why exactly the rapper made that particular comparison, West said, "'Cause that's what I wanted to say in that song."

"Well you understood that the Nazis killed six million Jews," Goldberg said. West's lawyer, Shawn Holley, attempted to call for recess, but Goldberg explained that the line of questioning was germane to the case as it demonstrated just how much West hates paparazzi.

But as with the deposition excerpt that came out earlier this week, the rapper took umbrage with Goldberg saying the N-word. Previously, West had told the lawyer that he would have to "ask for a hall pass" to use the word, and this time – after Goldberg quoted the same song as before – West said, "But not legitimate to say nigga ever...ever." According to TMZ, West never fully answered the question about Nazis.

Ultimately, West was given two years of probation as a result of the paparazzi fight. He was also sentenced to 250 hours of community service and 30 days of anger management. TMZ reported in March that West was carrying out his community service by discussing the fashion business at Los Angeles' Technical Trade College.
