Is this the first sign of a brand new album after four years?

JME is previewing his upcoming new album with a series of free film screenings.

The rapper, who released his third studio album ‘Integrity’ in 2015, appears to be setting his next project in motion with a visual release titled Grime MC.

Showing at various Everyman cinemas throughout March and April, the film’s description reads: “Jme fans – and everyone else tbh – you’re not gonna want to let this pass you by. Grab your popcorn and settle in for this exclusive big screen experience, created from Jme’s eagerly awaited forthcoming new album. Wanna know more about just what that entails? Well get yourself a ticket then.”

The first screening takes place in Glasgow on March 18, before Grime MC arrives in Leeds, Liverpool, Bristol, London and more UK locations.

Tickets for the screenings are free and available exclusively through DICE. They go on sale at 6 pm this evening (February 20). S

In 2017, JME appeared as a guest on Wiley’s track ‘I Call The Shots’. The single featured on the Bow MC’s record, ‘Godfather II’, released last year.

JME performed with Boy Better Know at Glastonbury 2017, with the London grime collective – co-founded by JME – headlining the festival’s Other Stage. Following their huge year, the group won the Innovation Award at the NME Awards 2018.
