Get ready....

Glastonbury have announced when tickets will be going on sale for the 2019 edition of the festival. Get ready to camp out online this week.

After taking a fallow year to allow the land at Worthy Farm to recover, Glasto will return in 2019 to celebrate its 49th year.

Now, organisers have revealed that the first tickets will go on sale in two batches: one with coach packages on October 4, and another standard ticket sale on October 7. For tickets and registration, visit here.

The first line-up announcement will follow in the months after, before a re-sale of unwanted tickets.

Fans need to have already registered on Glasto’s website here in order to be eligible to purchase tickets – using a passport photo in order to eliminate touting. Organisers also recently told those registered to update their entry to include a photo that was taken within the last two years.

Organiser Emily Eavis recently said that they’re progressing well with the line-up for Glastonbury 2019, while Stormzy recently appeared to tease that he may be headlining. Today, Kylie Minogue emerged as the favourite to appear in the legends’ slot on Sunday.

Amid reports that Madonna will headline Glastonbury 2019, other rumoured headliners for Glastonbury 2019 include Arctic Monkeys, ABBA, The Cure, Fleetwood Mac, Taylor Swift, Oasis and Kendrick Lamar.
Tame Impala also recently claimed that they would love to headline Glastonbury 2019 if asked.
