McDonald’s has corrected reports that Drake tipped two employees $10,000 each at a Los Angeles branch – it was in fact $100 each.

Fans posted pictures of the rapper, flanked by his security guards, talking to staff in the fast food joint on Twitter over the weekend. It’s unclear whether he actually purchased any food.

The PR company that represents McDonald’s has now confirmed with CNN entertainment reporter Chloe Melas that the rapper tipped the employees $100 each.

It was rumoured earlier this month that The Weeknd’s recent single ‘Lost In The Fire’ was actually intended as a diss track towards Drake, although those claims have yet to be verified.
