Country diva Carrie Underwood and R&B singer K. Michelle are both heading for the top 10 of the Billboard 200 albums chart next week.

Industry sources suggest Underwood's new best-of album, Greatest Hits: Decade #1, may sell around 85,000 copies in the week ending Dec. 14. If it starts in the top 10, it would mark her fifth title to reach the region, following four earlier studio efforts. The new album's first single, "Something In the Water," is currently No. 2 on the Hot Country Songs chart after previously peaking at No. 1.

The new Billboard 200's top 10 will be revealed on Wednesday, Dec. 17.

K. Michelle's second album, Anybody Wanna Buy a Heart?, is also aiming for the top 10, with perhaps 75,000 or so in sales. It follows the singer's first album, 2013's Rebellious Soul, which debuted and peaked at No. 2 with 72,000 sold in its opening week. Anybody's lead single, "Love 'Em All," holds at No. 18 on the Hot R&B Songs chart for another week — its peak.

As for next week's No. 1 album, look for J. Cole's 2014 Forest Hills Drive to arrive in the top slot. Sources say the set may sell over 325,000 — earning the rapper's best sales week ever and his third chart-topper.

As the recently revamped Billboard 200 reflects the overall consumption of albums (including track equivalent albums [TEA] and streaming equivalent albums [SEA]), one can't look only to pure album sales to determine the chart's final ranking. Still, J. Cole seems like he has a very good shot at opening at No. 1, while a top 10 start for both Underwood and Michelle is likely.
