The film was initially released back in November

The BTS documentary film Burn The Stage: The Movie will be available to watch on YouTube Premium later this week, it has been announced.

Initially released back in November, Burn The Stage offers a behind-the-scenes look at the South Korean group’s 2017 ‘Wings’ tour which visited such countries as Brazil, the US and Japan.

Burn The Stage is the band’s first film, with a synopsis promising that it “reveals the full story of the band’s meteoric rise to fame. This unmissable film provides an intimate look at what happens when the most successful global boy band of all time breaks down barriers and invades the mainstream music scene.”

It’s now been announced that the movie will move to YouTube on Friday (January 18), where it’ll be available to watch on the platform’s subscription YouTube Premium service. Premium is available in the UK and 28 other countries, with a one month free trial currently available (it’ll cost £11.99 a month afterwards).

A countdown to the arrival of the film on Friday – which will also offer fans the chance to watch an exclusive highlight video for Burn The Stage – is currently ongoing.

Earlier this month, BTS’ Jimin smashed Drake‘s existing SoundCloud record for the most streams on the first day of release after dropping his debut single ‘Promise’.
