For any adds - please do it like this: artist - album - year (if possible) - genre (if possible)
And only one album per Artist.

I will start with a few recommendations.

    - Foreigner - 4 - 1981 - Rock
    - Frank Zappa - Joe's Garage Acts I, II & III - 1979 - Art Rock / Prog / Rock / Pop / Avant-Garde
    - Grobschnitt - Solar Music Live - 1975 - Art Rock / Prog Rock / Kraut Rock

    Here's a couple suggestions

Try any album by Stereophonics. Also Courtney Barnett (rock), Darkside (electronic) Chris Carroll (jazz) Chris Bathgate - Salt Year (plugged in alt folk?) San Fermin - San Fermin - (quirky operatic artsy indy rock)
