1. all plugins are included in the install for rutorrent.
2. we are working on adding vpn and a few other things to the next release
3. the update uses git pull to update all things that are used in the install script from RUplugins all the way down to the dashboard and how it behaves there is so much going on behind the scenes.

i really enjoy working with the team to make it better it has so many things added.
