There are many seedbox provider those have good speed with unlimited traffic
where u can get what u pay for
I use mine own seedbox located at netherland and gets maximum upload speed of 150 - 250 MBPS while download speed is 200 MBPS if downloading or uploading on ipt, hdtorrents, bithq etc.
Speed varies tracker to tracker.

I think I normally get 3mbps, but I have seen it get up to 5 a couple of times.

the connection speed is 2.5 gbps for both up/down and that is also unlimited.

1 giga bit unlimited access and also 1 gigabit home fiber connection

I've seen a max of 90mbps Up & Down on an un-metered 1Gbps seedbox hosted in Netherlands. There are some pretty cheap ones if you look around.

Think my 1st seedbox is my long term one avarage upload of about 8mbps. 2nd has around 30-40 mbps avarage,
