Is there any website for seedbox service that I can buy using mobile charge as payment method ?
I know its a stupid question but it is also called a question , Isn't it ?

I don't think that there are... most seedboxes are preferring PayPal or Bitcoin... if you want a really good seedbox, check this: https://seedboxes.cc It is the best seedbox I've ever tried, I'm using their box right now. ;)

can I use paypal without activitation of the paypal account ?

i tried one time paid without activation of paypal account
for example assume your buying seedbox
1. signup for seedbox
2.choose a plan for seedbox
3. choosing a payment method here it as ask with your existing paypal account and second one debit/credit card with card details you enter for further payment its for without activation paypal account, but i can't recommend second one

What do you mean by activation?

PayPal allow payments without an account if that’s what you mean. You just need a credit or debit card.

I meant that all seedbox sites have payment methods such as bitcoin and paypal but I wonder if someone could pay using non-activated paypal account (without credit )
and I also wonder if there are another payment methods .

I really found another payment methods in ( https://seedbox.io/ )such as yandex wallet , web money and okpay but i didn't find mobile charge and most of these electronic banks accept mobile charges so I think that it may be a direct method without these banks to shorten the way but I can not see that so I asked here .
Am I wrong ?
