like what box umetered what is max speeds to expect?

Most unmetred Seedbox plans will only yield average speeds, the reason they are unmetred is because they know you will never go over a certain limit with the speeds they are giving.

I have used many different providers now and I can say 100% that the fastest boxes have all been capped, the reason they cap them is because they know their boxes are fast and not over sold and do not want their users eating up all the bandwidth.

That's not to say there isn't maybe one or two providers out there who are truly unmetred and get good speeds, if you find one stick with it: )
