My snatches are registering on trackers. I got booted from one for cheating even though I'm not. Emailed SeedUnlimited no response. Anyone know how to migrate to a new box without having to redownload everything?

I am disappointed with SU. I had purchased 1 GBPS seedbox with 300 GB Disk space for 35 $. Speeds have disappointed me.
