This is an important notice regarding your seedbox

We are proud to announce that we are now a RIPE member, and have the ability to directly manage our own ipv4 and ipv6 addresses. This morning, we switched the IPs of all our servers, to our new privately owned IP range. This will ensure more privacy and security to our clients, since now, all infranstructure (including networking hardware) is privately owned and managed by ONLY us.

How does that affect you?

The IP swap, was done in a way to ensure that no client will experience any downtime under normal circumstances. Almost all clients will not observe any issues caused by the ip swap. All servers are working exactly as they did before, and if you had been using the hostname of your server (instead of the IP) for the links, the transition will be seamless for you. If you were using the IP address to connect to your seedbox, you will still be able to do so by using the old IPs, however we strongly suggest to switch to the new ones, because we plan to completely cancel the old ones in the future.

If you need to notify your private tracker about the new IP, you can see your new server's IP inside your seedbox details page (manage seedbox) of your client area.

What to do if your seedbox is unaccessible:

Please try to reset your dns cache. You can google it for instructions depending on your OS, or you can simply reboot your PC. If you still experience issues after that, please open a support ticket to check it out.
