    Seedbox Issue

    Hi guys,I am using Bat Box with 400GB Space,I have 360GB data downloaded in my seedbox but it's showing 390GB space used i have calculated all torrents to know total size,Can anyone help to figure what's the issue?

    It's probably due to deleted torrents which left orphaned data on the seedbox HDD.
    Does anyone know of an easy way (if there is one) to find out the downloaded data with no associated .torrent file?
    Your last resort would be to delete torrent+data from all your existing torrents and then login to your account through ssh and
    cd torrents/downloads
    rm -rf *

    Like this you will start from scratch but with full available disk space

    It's a well known rtorrent's bug.

    Even if you delete torrents+data sometimes a few GBs remain undeleted.

    The best way to delete the files is through an FTP client.

    As thetrader mentioned that The best way to delete files is through an FTP client. that's is how i delete my files .
    to fix it Try to restart your seedbox .

    1.login (seedboxes.cc )
    2.click on dashboard
    3. my seedboxes --> more details
    4. General Info--> Restart seedbox
