Hi I have only just heard about seedbox since joining here and am I right in thinking they do the downloading then once finished it seeds it for you and u can copy the download to your pc
I also would like a recommendation as there are lots to choose from,I want it for downloading and seeding from private trackers ?

You got it right mate, that's exactly what a seedbox is doing. It helps to seed without the need to have your PC on 24/7.

Seedboxes.cc is great! especially if you like having apps like plex, couch potato, sickrage/beard and so on. Seedbox.io is nice too. I have both. Love them both. But I think that seedboxes.cc is the better buy. And priced well.

Also, just my personal opinion. You shouldn't download or seed from your box via public trackers. I find there is more risk, just my opinion.
