When I was using Hetzner for my seedbox I had

HDD: 4x4TB hard drives in raid 0 - So I went with a server that did not have a raid controller/card
CPU: Was either i7-2600 or i7-3770
RAM: 16GB DDR3 (ECC was not supported by the CPU as it a desktop CPU, but for a seedbox I wouldn't go ECC)
OS: Debian (with Quickbox to make thing easy)
    NIC: 1 Gbit - Intel 82574L

Speed: I was able to max out the connection

The tags (the ones in green) I went for was Ent. HDD and iNIC
