@Kian if you don't have linux knowledge it will be a challenge for you to set it up.
If you know your way around linux search google for "seedbox from scratch" script

Set it up with a script but my speeds are damn slow like dial up speeds kbps, get faster on my seedbox mb/s and also faster on my fibre home broadband pmsl

There has to be something wrong

I never said the speeds should be, I am saying that for a dedi server

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570S CPU @ 3.10GHz 100 Mbps the speeds should be more than couple hundred kbps

CPU and RAM are irrelevant. For a 100Mbps dedi server the TOTAL maximum speeds that you can get is 12.5MB/s
If you add your uploads from all active torrents you get just a couple hundred kbps? then you definitely have a problem. If they add up to 12MB/s then you are fine.

KS is never really about speed. I also have a KS-4 and there are certainly other ones that are faster but with KS you have an amazing freedom (admittedly with a steep learning curve)

One crucial thing about KS (in my experience): do some trial and error for a while until you're fairly comfortable with your box before you start seeding for real or joining trackers. The first few months, I had to erase everything and start everything again from scratch and that would give you a bad rep in closely watched communities.
