The same thing happened to my invitee. He was warned but still had a couple weeks to fix his ratio. I got on BitMe IRC and explained everything and they re-enabled him. You should go there too.

I just join the IRC and my problem has been solved. I now can log in.

Bad news:
I got msg on 21 July 2011

You have been auto-demoted from User to n00b because your share ratio has dropped below 0.5 for 10 days. Your account will be automatically disabled in 1 week if your ratio is not above 0.65. You are only allowed to have 2 active torrents.

Today is 24 July, so I have 3 more days to fix!!!
