    01.02. I paid for one month subscription.
    Yesterday they disabled my account, deleted my torrents.
    When I asked them about it, it took six hours for them to respond, after my second inquiry.
    They wrote that after month and a half I didn't pay my bill.
    I replayed to them with correct information, but they just ignored me.
    So, I told them, ok, you robbed me, I will write about you.
    So, I do, wherever I can, maybe I can help someone not to make same mistake.

    Im not saying you're right or wrong... Im not assuming anything.. ok thats done. So to be clear; you paid on 1-2-19 for a month? If I am reading and understanding correctly, then you would need to pay again, by 2-2-19 to retain the box and content. The six hour delay in response is not uncommon for majority of the seedbox comanpies. AGAIN I am not saying your wrong or right, Im just trying to understand what your stating.

    Now if you were paid in full for the next thirty days, you have some recourse, generally speaking. If you paid with a credit or debit card then you can
    1. make the claim with the seedbox company in email, not support ticket. Requesting they refund your money. They have 30 days at this point to prove you either violated their terms of service, you didn't actually, pay, or committed a crime of some sort. If they can prove any of those things and if those are listed as violations of their terms of use/service, then they are not legally required to refund you.

    BUT if you are clear, innocent, etc. they legally have to refund you. To ensure this, you at the same time contact your bank or credit card company and tell them you want to start the charge back process. THey will tell you the same as the above. But after 30 days if you don't have your money back or a clear reason for the above stated case, VISA and Master Card terms of use and charge back policies state your financial institution can and will retrieve your funds. But there is the whole 30 day thing. And you have to have evidence that you contacted the company.

    2. IF you paid with bitcoin you are basically hosed. As far as I know.

    How do I know this, I've worked in the financial industry (in risk and regulations) for the last 8 years.

    Yourseedbox (fusa.be) didn't reply at all.
    My bank forwarded my claim to foreign bank where I actually made payment, so I am still waiting.

    Today I got refund.
    So my claim is proved.
