    man , just below , u can see (File manager ) ...
right click on the folder or the video or whatever u want to upload , and select (create a new torrent) , a window will show up , u will put the trackers and the announce links , then click on (private torrent ) If u r gonna upload a torrent to a private tracker , and also click on (start seeding ) , this to make the seeding begin once you created the .torrent file ... and finally click ( create ) .... wait few seconds , and the .torrent file will show up and ready to download , now after u download it to your machine , u can upload it to the tracker

yes its nice to have the filemanager plugin. If the source was another torrent, just make sure to use a different piece size so you can upload to both trackers at the same time. If you use same piece size, it will add the new tracker url to the old torrent and rtorrent will send the same stats to both trackers, this might get you banned.

One tips, make sure you choose the lower pieces. more easier to upload, and faster to create torrent.

Lower piece size takes more time but creates smaller .torrent file. Bigger piece size = less time for creating the .torrent = larger .torrent file which some trackers may reject.

I think piece size of 256kb is quite good enough...This video on You tube still processing it will be finished soon....You could also upload torrents in the watch directory and rutorrent will add it for yourself....

This is the tutorial... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yqECrm9pcsc Enjoy..
