    Hi guys,
So i have autodl-irssi set up and working fine on torrentleech but ive just joined IPTorrents, whats the correct way to get the files i download from TL auto cross seeding on IPT? I can add them manually but i'd like to automate it if its even possible.

Just set up autodl-irssi on ipt to download the same files to the folder where TL files are already downloaded. IPT will add the torrent and start rechecking and then show up as completed (seeding).

I thought that but what happens if they both announce at the same time?

How about if you check on your autodl filter the "Download duplicate releases"

But in all cases I guess the torrents need to be identical. Not sure how it behaves when either hash is different or a tracker specific .nfo is included

i've seen ipt getting releases faster than tl. In those cases this won't work.

I know this is old but just by some chance someone else out there maybe looking to do this. First thing you have to remember is you will never know 100% which tracker will pre first. So with that in mind this is one way I've done it in the past. First step would be to edit your rtorrent file and add a second watch directory and point it to your download directory. You will need to set the load time of the second watch directory longer so rtorrent has time to download the entire file. Then in your autodl-irssi filters make 2 filters one for TL and the other for IPT. Do everything you normally do for your TL filter. On your IPT filter you will need to go to the action tab and set "Choose .torrent action" to Save to Watch folder. Then choose your second watch folder as the "Watch folder". You will start downloading from TL and then cross seed to IPT. That's if your load time on your second watch directory is long enough, and the file has downloaded 100%. It should just hash check and start seeding for IPT.

@DirtyCrackPipe there is way to avoid hash check on second tracker?????????
Sometimes hash check takes long time and ratio value of cross seeding is not fulfill.

@SmackRider I'm not sure on this buy you could try either unchecking the "Check hash after downloads" or maybe use the Fast Resume option for rtorrent.

@DirtyCrackPipe that requires manual input all the time.

I have exactly the same issue. I'm on both announce channels (TL and IPT) but it seems like I'm only grabbing from TL. i.e IPT .torrent files never get picked up, hence cross seeding is not working. Is that because IPT's .torrent filese have * [IPT].torrent in all of their names?

My filters are configured to pick all TV shows from specific groups like KILLERS, AVS etc. TL's torrents end with the group's name i.e. SOME.SHOW-KILLERS.torrent. Does having KILLERS [IPT].torrent in the name like all IPT torrents have make autodl not see it?
