You can use WinRar or 7-Zip to extract the *.iso file.

I don't think it would be possible to extract the files from within an iso file. U would need to mount it somehow first, probably logging into the server, if it's dedicated and then extract the files from it

It doesn't matter the os. U can't do it in the webgui of your torrent client, that isn't possible as far as I am aware. Why not just download the iso, mount it and extract what u need and then re-upload it to the box?

Maybe if you have root ssh access you could try to use this http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/extract-iso-files-linux/

I'm not sure if this will work or not but give it a try if you have ssh access, otherwise you will have to download and extract then reupload the files :/
