I know they can help improve ratio but how can I do that I use I brought a seedbox from this site secureboxes.net.

Download the torrent file to your PC, it's a small file but not the actual full torrent.
Go to your Seedbox and click the add torrent button, a drop down menu box appears then your search your PC for the torrent file you just downloaded, usually in downloads, select it and the torrent will start to download on your seedbox.

If you want to take this torrent and download it from your seedbox to your PC you will need an FTP client, login to FTP with your seedbox details and search for the file you wish to download to your PC.

-yes you will have to download the "torrentfile.torrent" from the tracker u want then click browse and choose the "torrentfile.torrent" u have downloaded earlier to make it start in the torrentclient of ur seedbox ( u will download the torrentfile to ur home computer and then upload it to the seedbox)

- to download the files that u downloaded to your seedbox into ur computer, u ganna need FTP access (the FTP access Details should be provided by ur seedbox provider) and FTP client e.g filezilla
...... the FTP access details should be the server IP/Address and username with password----> u ganna fill these data in the FTP client and from now on u will be able to transfer data u download to & from ur seedbox

- making the maximum benefit of seedbox requires ur knowledge of the most popular content of the tracker either movies, series, Games,.....etc and their time of release (or if RSS is supported it will make it for u) or if the tracker provide alot of Freeleech package that u can make up ur ratio through it like SCC & IPT

I did everything I download the torrent, upload it, and trying to download the files but my ratio is not changing....

what is the tracker???? most tracker take times to update user statics especially the user toolbar present in all tracker page

most important, does the file in the client works fine and download normally and the tracker announce is "working" with no problems??

Make sure your downloading new torrents with plenty of leechers and a low amount of seeders, a seedbox is not a magic thing were you can download any torrent and still build a good ratio, there's a lot of factors to take into account, seeders/leechers how fast your seedbox is and so on, also stated above your stats take a while to update on each tracker.
Some screen shots of your seedbox with a fresh torrent added to it would be a lot of help also.
