@YusukeUramesh First of all , i've MOVED the thread to seedbox disccussion section . the right place to talk in.
i really need to understand what you mean exactly .

but if the thing is as @TorrentKinh posted about download/upload limits ( traffic ) , you can do NOTHING for that case.
every seedbox provider has it's own plans in that field ( some with limited traffic , others with un-limited ones , etc... )
let me know if Traffic matter you mean or have something else in mind

Seedboxes from all providers come pre-configured for optimal performance. I would suggest not to mess with any settings regarding Connection Settings.
As far as speeds and bandwidth is concerned that's another story and you need to be more specific what you need help with.

Mean that in the configuration of the seedbox, in the downloads section, it says maximum number of upload slots, minimum number of peers, etc, it's ok if I don't move anything from there?
