Well you're banned bitch, but there might be some other people wondering the same, so here we go anyhow:

There is no way of viewing them without downloading them, period.
Now you can most definitely view them without storing them locally. To do this, you would have to stream them to your local device. One easy way would be to run a Plex server on your seedbox.
