    EDIT:

I tried this script on a ubuntu server 14.04 bridged vmware installation and I confirmed that the rtorrent works well. Deluge doesn't though and that's what I would be using. Does anyone have a more reliable Deluge script?

    Thx once again, mate.

I didn't get the question "give us a picture to see the speeds". You mean the network speed of the provider? That's just the same as my desktop it seems... Because I'm still testing all this on VMWare waiting for OneProvider to finally allow me to use the service.

As of now I managed to get rutorrent + plugins, deluge, vsftpd and plex working which is what truly matters to me. I just hope it will be exactly the same when doing it through SSH on their box. Since the OS is the same both here and there it's very likely to work just as it does here, right?

Weird thing to me is I've got it running on a i3-530 and when I access it through NoMachine (VNC is not working) the CPU jumps to 25% or so and it's completely unresponsive as if the latency was terrible (20ms to 30ms from here). There's no way an i3 would choke running XFCE don't you think? Any ideas on why this may be happening?

OMG... I've started to throw some torrents at it and even well seeded torrents usually don't achieve much more than 300mbit/s. Upload speeds about 20mbit/s so far.

But like I said above speeds reach more than 800mbit/s on HTTP. This is really, really sad thing to see... Especially pairing with the performance of NoMachine which is usually great to me. CPU is at about 30% of load...

Do you guys think it's an I/O problem? Even though it's a 2x1TB Raid 1 setup? Any light on this is welcomed.

Yeah, you had warned me, I listened, actually. But there's no setup-fee so I thought about trying it out first and cancelling it next month if it was bad.

But what you have to understand is that on HTTP it's multiple times faster. Why would it be so much slower on torrents only I wonder? Are they throttling the protocol, is that it?

Also, people were saying there that it runs old hardware. An i3-530 may be old but it's by no means a weak CPU. It's supposed to handle everything I do very, very easily. Pretty much just Deluge + Plex + Remote Assistance.

    EDIT:

No way in hell I'm getting these results through Deluge.

    yeah cheap 2 tb 25$ p/m

keep it if you want to seed for a long time

and get another fast server or shared seedbox

and i dont know about the speed i think they have an old hardware

which script do you have used?

can you upload a picture for deluge or rutorrent

The second picture is an upload of mine to TvT. There are 4 seedboxes trying to connect and look at that... 0kb/s... Only one at freaking 17kb/s.

I've never seen this before. I've opened a ticket because most people seem to get way faster speeds than that.

I've managed to reach 500mbit/s download with like 30 well seeded torrents at once though. And about 20mbit/s upload. That's pretty much the record with 1k peers... Freaking unbelievable, mate...

It can't simply be the hardware when I get 900mbit/s through other protocols. Downloading from the box through FTP and streaming Plex pretty much maxes out my 120mbit home line as well. They are deliberately throttling bittorrent... would't you say?

    EDIT:

I've started seeding that same torrent but on my home connection. Results? Seeding it at my line's max speed, 1.5 MiB/s compared to 50 KiB/s on OneProvider's box right now. Same client, same time, both 100% completion...
