Ever experienced rude customer service from a seedbox company?

Just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this.

Two companies in particular I have had this problem with and its simply starting to piss me off. I usually just give him/her the benefit of the doubt and assume that the individual I am speaking with might be foreign or something (and thus not have a good a grasp on what things sound like to a native English speaker) but then other times I'm just like..."yeah that guy totally knows he's being a dick right now".

Anyway just had to get that off my chest :laugh:

I've never experienced rude support from my seedbox provider but with the crazy offer they got me they can probably afford to tell me i'm a girly looking twink and I'll still be using their service :biggrin:

well, i wouldn't call it rude but maybe shady tactics. i tried a company to upgrade my current one and the speed ended up being what it wasn't. Kinda of surprised they would try and trick me into trying to stay with them. ended up leaving 4 days in though, got a refund and joined seedboxes.cc. just been flying since
