Honestly now a days it's easier than ever to setup a seedbox. There are many install script that do everything for you now. It used to be you need to know some coding or be able to follow complex direction and hope you did everything right. One of the seedbox install script that I would recommend would be quickbox. It's free, super easy to install (just three lines of code that you need to copy and paste), and they have a support forum for it. I use it on one of my servers, but usually always install it for friends on their server unless they want something else.

like wise you may also opt for Kimsufi but to be honest its port is @ 100MBPS under any circumstances your speed wont jump above 11.5 MiB/s ~ 11.6 MiB/s,its max you could get not good for many trackers or simultaneous downloads/uploads (wont build up good buffer),but if you are planning for been good uploader you can raise your budget a bit and can buy a storage VPS (again its not good for ratio developing,its just been uploader and long term seeding),Time4vps has good deals https://www.time4vps.eu/storage-servers/ and other in same range would be https://contabo.com/?show=configurator&vserver_id=209 but again it has 100 MBPS port.

I will say just wait for few days soon there will be some discount offer for X-mas and New year deals so you can buy once for all.

Make sure that if you want to develop good buffer then opt for 1GBPS port providers and been uploader 100MBPS may be slow but with that you will get cool storage space which can help you seeding longer over weeks or even months.

Feral hosting and oneprovider.com they give you inbuilt seedbox on demand so just make your choice and be specific what you choose.
