Bought PulseMedia Seedbox . Having problems

Hello, I bought the "Value" seedbox as I am complete new to seedbox. Now, I downloaded a torrent in the seedbox from iptorrents and now how to download the file to my PC ?
And I started another torrent and it is downloading at 11 MB/s but upload at 2.5 KB/s . Why is it giving so much low upload speed ?
And what is that "Limit" indicates ?
    http://prntscr.com/4j9tro

    Can anyone help ?

I suppose you have a 100Mbit seedbox so your download speed is the max possible....
Your upload speed depends on the torrent you are downloading.
You have just picked an old torrent and nobody is downloading it in order to hit good uploading speeds.
Just download THE LATEST torrent that uploaded on the tracker and you will get better speeds

you can download files by using file tab after rtorrent tab or through ftp. The upload is low because , the seeders are more than leecher at that particular torrent.

only download new files not more than 1 or 2 mins pretime when you use IPT
to download files to your pc you can use any FTP program
or from the welcome page from your pulsed media, press this link
access Data directory directly for HTTP downloads
and download using IDM,this is the fastest way and I use it

yes you will download depending on your ISP speed,if you used IDM or FTP to download files to your PC you can resume downloads as files are still in your seedbox
as far as I know, pulsedmedia boxes has no traffic limits

I started downloading using IDM but there was no pause option. I had to cancel it coz it was showing more than 6 hrs of download. I wanna know that is there a way to pause the download from seedbox to PC and then resume it ?

IDM has pause, stop and resume option,100MB plan gives you about 16 to 20 mg for both upload and download
speed varies according to tracker and other users who are using faster seedboxes than yours
in IPT,TL to make good buffer you need 10 GB connection seebox
