    No one has kissed any ass, and in the pm's we shared you basically just told me no one wants to review anything they just want to buffer accounts so you basically showed me you wouldn't be the right reviewer, Also the reviews I showed you are paying customers only one of them had a free week to review. As for the slander message from my staff I can see them saying that as we have sued a user for slander in the past, he was posting my staffs home details and it just went to far like many people do. I'm not trying my hardest to "advertise" here, I mainly wanting to clear up a few threads that have been posted about us, and you find something wrong with that for some reason, so in your mind clearing a confusion up is not a good thing, both sides of the story aren't needed? Your saying I said you just wanted a free week of a seedbox, not once did I say that.

    As for the "trying so hard to advertise here" Just cause I offered members discounts and such isn't trying my ass off to advertise, I basically wanted a couple reviews done here and whats the harm of that? I haven't made an advertising thread what so ever so your far from the truth on that one, why you have a problem with me? I don't know. At first I thought you were a pretty good guy wanting to do a honest review, because you obviously think the other reviews posted about us are fake and that there is no way to make a server hit 100mb/s...Well buddy welcome to Biohost, in the last six months I've worked tirelessly trying my best to make and push servers to the limit but you just don't want to believe it. I was actually even considering buying a couple tracker invites from you for a couple friends of mine but how your acting now makes me worry you would just take the money and run?

    Hope you can put this behind us and move on from it, I never denied your review I just have other forums going ahead of you guys and whats the problem with that? I've wanted to clear up these bad reviews for awhile now and I'm finally getting around to it and you just want to bash s over it? For a company to do a full 360 in a matter of a couple months is a pretty good thing anyone with or in there right mind would say. Looking forward to see if you continue insulting me or if you can move on.

    Ok mate, I admit I was bit harse and appologies for that.
    In pm you stated that users use seedboxes for other than buffering their accounts, I simply replied that the sole reason anyone buys a Seedbox is to buffer their accounts and I never said that people don't want to review them, I still have these PM'S.
    I would just like to point out that this is nothing to do with the trial you offered and your the one that brought this up, I posted in this thread because I have been treated badly in the same way as this guy by Seedbox providers and it hit a nerve with me.
    Once some companies have your hard earned money everything else changes, I commend you for seeing the problem and trying to fix it, if this is really the case your first action should be to fire the idiot staff member who posted in the above log file, this is no way to treat a paying customer no matter what he said or acted like, there are more professional ways to handle matters like this, what happened to the customer is always right?

    I'm not trying to be the smart guy here mate but if you want to start gaining a good rep for your company then stop making excuses for staff members when they are behaving like idiots, you would gain a lot more respect if you just said the staff member was wrong to act this way and shouldn't of handled it like he did instead of excuse after excuse after excuse.

    I know what seedboxes can and can't do and have used a lot up to this point mate, I don't have a problem with you personally but I do have a problem with providers always trying to justify their bad actions.
    Just to clarify again mate this has nothing to do with this trial you keep bringing up, this has got to do with Seedbox companies always screwing over their customers and never admitting they are wrong.

    If you have managed to clear up all your problems and are actually looking after your customers like they deserve then I applaud you for this and wish all the best in the future for your company

    I've spent litereally days and weeks staying up non stop reading logs and yeah I will be the first to admit my staff member was a little immature but I believe both users are wrong here, we don't and never will kiss asses, we try to be nice to every user we run into, this is really cause the whole story isn't being told here and to protect the customers privacy we won't post more details. If your willing to do a honest review post101 instead of one with a grudge against us you can still after the current reviewers are done I will more then happily let you review it, I do realize you do not believe our servers are configured to hit up to 100mb/s just cause alot of other companies do not do the things we do sadly, We've worked our behinds off the last six months on ways to improve the business like crazy and we literally have a Huuuge newsletter to go out about all the updates we've done...anyways, I'll let you think about it and if you are not willing to write a fair honest review please do not bother waisting both of our times.

    I don't have a grudge against you or your company mate, I shouldn't have applied to test your box in the first place mate as being a staff member I would be compromising my privacy here on TI by showing my real ip along with all my tracker passkeys.
    I don't think tests like this hold up well for a review anyway as the provider always has the upper hand and the test can be controlled to make it look better than it is, not saying this is what you guys are doing: )

    I will rent one of your plans in the near future and see what you guys are like, thanks for the offer though.
