    nigga please why did u sign up with such a crap seedbox provider in the first place, so for $20 per month u get 20gb storage????

    how about whatbox.ca flex plan $15 per month u get 150gb similar features and they set me up within 2 hours.... sold out at the moment but they are awesome

    Lol, my employee was laughing because of this, if you would of just did what he said your seedbox would've been up within minutes as I was on setup duty that night. If you never did get your seedbox set up please send me a pm and we can work something out. Also to the above post we offer much more space now compared to before, we've more then doubled it.

    well i never sign for this seebox so i don't know how they work but i think the buyer start the treating part i know sometime is hard to handle all kind the request because some people they don't understand how this boxes world working and always complain for everything but the real story you have ticket support with priority levels i see you don't used in that you start bad because they can use this against you but anyways good luck with this and next time you want something good pay the price.. you get what you pay...

    Why should it take any tickets or time and even human interaction to just setup a silly seedbox? Unless the whole enterprise is running off a dorm room or so?

    I agree, bunch of idiots he has working for him, even if a customer behaves in such a manner this is no way for staff to behave.
    Seedbox setup is determined buy how busy the company is, if he's to busy running his 6 business empire, lol then he should hire more staff over the age of 15.

    Cause I haven't found the right coder to do it, also personal interaction with customers makes a better standard. Automatic setups are prone to problems as well, say a user opens a ticket and says "Hey, I'm going to be 2 days late" Sure that's fine but the automatic set up/removal system may not see this unless it is VERY detailed in it's coding WHICH is what I'm looking to get done, we have somewhat of a automatic setup script coded but there is alot more that needs to be added, also we may have rutorrent and deluge via automatic setup soon depending on how things run here but overall my staff likes doing person to person setups, for people who order the wrong account it gives us a chance to catch it.

    Also no, this is not run from a "dorm" room, we have a fairly nice sized office in Rotterdam and me Mike travel between Holland and Canada for treatment on my auto immune diseases. My staff is not "15" years old, one of the verification processes is to scan there drivers or photo passport into our system.

    Why is there such a insulting post from post101? Just because we haven't given him a trial yet?....I don't really understand why your insulting me and my staff so badly, if you two only knew the full story about this guy. Basically his account was SETUP within the six hours and he never bothered to check his account or his spam email for it, sometimes the email will goto spam cause it obtains IP addresses (which sometimes get automatically marked for spam) or he could of logged into his billing account and went to his "my emails" tab and found it there. This user also paid by an e-Check and begged to be setup before it cleared which we did for him and once we did he canceled it, everything my staff member said was fair, he never insulted the guy at all he did joke a little bit cause this was just crazy the complaint over what he did. As well, a few of my employee's do work for paypals international offices in there spare time so he was just speaking the truth and offering to help him.

    You guys really need to get the full story before insulting, Post101 a moderator shouldn't be insulting people with such low blows either when you don't know the full story. The youngest member of our team is 16 and is from the UK and does live support while the staff in the US/Canada is still sleeping. May I also asked, whom said I run six businesses? I run more then that and it is really none of your businesses honestly, I'm also going to take your post as what your review would of been about us, just you bashing us cause you never had full 100mb/s speeds on our boxes. At one time I actually thought you would of given a fair review but after insulting me in such a manner just makes you look childish sadly. I think that's enough said if anyone else wants anything else feel free to message me.

    In my experience all seedbox providers setting up new accounts within 10 minutes automatically (Feral, ionvm) and dedicated server within 1 hour (leaseweb).
    If VPS setup takes 6 hours it tells me I am dealing with reseller of reseller selling me oversold space or something like that.
    Nothing personal - but this industry is very competitive, margins are low and people are irritated for every glitch.

    As I've mentioned before I run several businesses with the same staff, if a staff member is there the account is usually set up within minutes but say it was ordered at 3am when we only got one tech on and one live support and the tech has ten orders ahead, we manually configure EACH server to avoid alot of bugs a glitches and have a darn good record when it comes to it. Your saying we are overselling now? I can you receipts showing me paying for actual servers, who the heck would resell to a torrent and warez business, we colocate to ROOT and Ecatel as well, yes feral and ionvm probably use automated scripts to set people up but so many bugs can occur with that. Our personal touch makes everything seem so much more special to clients, that's why our unhappy customer ratio in the last few months is basically only torrentflux users.

    And for the dedicated servers, yes it would take a little longer for us as we do not prepay for a year as some of these guys do and then over price the server like mad to profit when it's in use, we would never be up for that, a server they charge you 40 Euro for we could charge you 30-35 US dollars which is a steal, the only downside is there would be a slight wait but who's going to complain waiting a little bit (basically only overnight unless it's a weekend order) when there saving alot of cash in the long run.

    Biohost was one of thee first seedbox company's our there, I started it myself on a crappy dedicated server I got stuck with and made the best out of it and then expanded slowly and people loved us, and yeah we got some bad rep when I was violently ill and in the hospital and unable to direct my staff properly because hell I'll admit it I never had a laptop and in my hospital they never offered WIFI or anything so I was pretty well screwed.

    People who also usually contact us via live support via the site or msn/aim/yim requesting an account can usually say it was set up in minutes and not hours, the six hour time on the site is basically a security blanket incase anything arose unexpectedly, yeah some people hate waiting but I don't see feral and ionvm with perfect 10/10 reviews on torrent-invites to be honest.

    Having staff that have such a low regard for sites like TI you sure are putting a lot of effort into trying to sell and advertise your company for free here.

    In relation to this trial I applied for, this was a silly thing for me to do being a trial mod here, I was trying to help you out and do an honest review of your company.
    We talked in pm about the trial and you showed me two lazy ass attempts reviews on another forum for your company which I laughed so hard at, I explained in detail to you what I would put in my review and when you seen that I am an experienced Seedbox user and would not just give you a good review in return for a free trial you never PM'D me back: )

    BTW I have two seedboxes that I'm using at the moment so don't think I was applying for a free week on a Seedbox, lol
    I wanted an honest review for once and not some idiot kissing ass and giving you a good review in return for a free Seedbox.
