The answer to your question is no. Seedboxes don't run uTorrent.
They run a similar piece of software called rTorrent, that has a web-interface called ruTorrent.

Some seedboxes have a uTorrent UI.

Thanks for your answering guys. I'm asking because I really need a seedox for sharing my torrents and keep a high ration with my private tracker. Without seebox I can't cause my connexion is too low and I can'"t share stuff..
