I purchased today seedbox from Seedboxco.net and it's been 10 hours and it's only upload 30MB.
I downloaded file with 3k seeders and 300 leechers, the file size is 1.3GB.
What do I do worng? or it isn't me and it's the seedbox.
Should I download files with more leechers and less seeders? because I barley can find these files, only the opposite.

3000 seeders means you are sharing your upload with all these people. And 300 leechers means nothing as they might be partially downloading. When the swarm is 10:1 seeders to leechers, don't expect to upload much.
Jump early on a new torrent (eg. Popular TV show) and you can see your seedbox capabilities
