I have a question regarding autodl-irssi resume compatibility.

If I start a download from tracker #1 then start the same download from tracker #2 will it resume the first download or will start another one?

And what will happen if first download did not finish?

It's a bit more complicated than that mate. If torrents #1 and #2 have the same hash value, #2 will never be added to the queue. If they have different hash value but same directory structure, #2 will be added, and resume from where #1 stopped. If #2 has extra files or different file sizes will probably screw #1.

I know autodl has a download duplicate torrents flag but I personally never managed to make it work

finish torrent from one tracker and add torrent from another tracker. as you already have content it will start seeding you will earn the upload without downloading as you already have it.
