Depending on your planned usage their bandwidth caps could be a problem for you. I would also consider their HDD space a bit low for a seedbox. In the past I've used Kimsufi for a cheap, reliable server. It's no frills, but cheap. If you're having trouble getting one, you can use Kimi Checker to get notified when one is available.

Hello @aja before this I run my rutorrent in time4vps is no problem. Only you need consider is the limit i/o and the price now has been increased.
